The Key Players is the premier theatrical troupe of the Upper Keys. We are a non-profit organization, established in 1978, to perform plays and shows written by established playwrights for the visitors and residents in the Upper Keys in Monroe County, Florida. Each year we produce 4 shows and hold an Open House Party to kick off the season.
Our shows include musicals, comedy and dramatic plays that have been performed by professionals on Broadway, Off Broadway, and in Regional Theaters around the world.
We perform at various venues, including dinner theater settings, around the Upper Keys.
Our staff, crew, and cast members are professionals in the community, from varied backgrounds, many who have produced, directed and/or acted professionally, and who are eager to keep the tradition of community theatre alive and thriving in the Upper Keys.
